We are an exclusive Surface Paving Machine manufacturer specializing in development, design, production, and distribution, serving the leveling of all free-flowing (up to earth-moist) bulk materials in a highly efficient, precise, and rational manner.

With us, you don't just get a product, but a brand „HEIDE flaechenfertiger ®“. Upon request, we also offer training to become a surface specialist or one-day training sessions.

The actual pioneer of the surface paver is Mr. Streck from STRECK GmbH in Zöschen, who developed, produced, and marketed the first serially suitable Surface Paving Machine.

This exceptional design was awarded the Saxony Innovation Award in 1995.

However, with the very simple hydraulics, only a priority control was possible. The installation speed was in slow motion. Naturally, the desire arose to further develop the machine technically.

2006

1st Generation

Conversion of a STRECK Surface Paving Machine

In 2006, we decided to modernize and modify a STRECK surface paver. We revised all hydraulic components, divided the bunker flaps into two sections, and changed the screed profile, allowing for a more even leveling of surfaces and significantly lower tolerances of the final heights, with considerably higher surface performance.

2nd Generation

The First Own Prototype

In 2008, we developed our first own prototype using continuous aluminum lightweight construction to reduce the weight and increase the load capacity. A new track system, modern hydraulic components, and a calibrated machine control system, in which two control circuits operate independently (laser and alternatively ultrasound), provided a significant improvement over the base model and enabled the creation of much more complex surfaces.

We sold our development to a company from Baden-Württemberg, which presented the concept of our machine to the general public at the "bauma" trade fair in Munich in April 2010.

Practical Experience Collection

From 2008 onwards, as described above, we continuously provided services related to leveling and thus gained extensive practical experience in the field.
With approximately 250 days of operation and around 400.000 – 500.000 m² of surface performance per year, we were able to gather further valuable insights, which we perfected in the 3rd generation.

The Revolution of an Idea: The "HEIDE flaechenfertiger ® PRM (Practical-Revolution-Machine) -275"

Our high aspiration was even faster installation and even better surface quality. Special attention was also paid to easier operation and calibration of the machine, as well as the lightweight aluminum construction.
In addition, more than fifty percent of the functions can now be controlled via joysticks. The surface paver was also equipped with a low-vibration, smooth-running chassis with the smallest gear reduction and an additional second gear.
The calibration of the surface is performed by the two independent systems, ultrasound and laser, which can be activated separately at any time.
This allows the operator to create and monitor highly complex surfaces. Our further developed laser receiver is calibrated with the screed. This ensures that the machine operator always works with consistent measurement values on both sides. The calibration and height control are significantly simplified. We did it! Our revolution, the HEIDE flaechenfertiger ® PRM-275, has been introduced and offered in its 3rd generation since 2018.

Our ambition was to produce surfaces even faster and in even better quality – the goal was a paver, combined with the simplest operation and manufactured in a consistent aluminum lightweight construction. So we designed our 3rd generation surface paver, equipped with a low-vibration, smooth-running, and wear-resistant track system, combined with the simplest and most intuitive operation, a completely newly developed laser receiver, and the latest technologies for precise height measurement.
