The HEIDE PRM-275 Surface Paving Machine is delivered ready to drive, with a foldable driver protection roof, without measuring devices (laser/ultrasound/cross slope) for height detection, without freight and transfer, and without training in the basic configuration.

The HEIDE PRM-275 Surface Paving Machine meets all the requirements of a modern surface paver: It is user-friendly, offers precise installation technology, and impresses with its maneuverability – even on confined construction sites, such as underground garages. Thanks to its lightweight aluminum construction and compact dimensions, the machine can be easily transported to any construction site.
The flexibility of the Paving Machine is further enhanced by the ability to load it from three sides using a wheel loader. The low-vibration track drive ensures smooth operation, while modern joysticks enable precise machine control. The paver is suitable for surfaces ranging from approximately 300 m² to 10,000 m² and more – with a daily output that can be achieved by an experienced operator.
The screed is controlled by two independent systems. For example, the ultrasonic sensor can be operated in parallel with the laser or cross-slope sensor. Sensor switching occurs seamlessly when transitioning from ultrasound to another sensor (e.g., for oscillating gutters). Our laser receivers, which are permanently and precisely calibrated on the screed, guarantee accurate height measurement, significantly simplifying height control.
Automation features such as automatic bunker flaps, screed intake cylinders, and the material distributor further enhance user-friendliness and simplify machine handling.
The radio remote control offers clear advantages: It enables more precise control of the undercarriage to achieve exact edge installation. Additionally, the compact and user-friendly operation provides greater comfort. In poor visibility or high dust conditions, the machine can be safely and efficiently controlled from the outside – ensuring greater control, flexibility, and safety on the construction site.
A specially designed bunker flap construction ensures uniform and precise dosing of bulk material across the entire screed width.
Our first patent, the oscillating screed, ensures that the machine’s inclination does not affect the screed, allowing for an even layer thickness during installation. With our second patent, we can integrate a roof profile into the screed to create paths with a roof profile – a unique feature that makes the surface paver particularly attractive for urban applications, municipalities, and communities, such as in parks and pathway construction.
With simple modifications and the optionally available material distributors, the machine can also be used for paths with widths ranging from 2.05 m to 3.00 m (available at an additional cost).
The protection and safety of the operator are our top priorities. A visibility and stone guard is mounted at the operator's station on the front of the machine to ensure a safe working environment.

The material pusher ensures that the material is evenly moved from the center to the outside, achieving a maximum paving width of 3 m with a layer thickness of 10-15 cm. With automatic function.

During your training, you will also have the opportunity to accompany me on job sites. The practical and theoretical training takes place directly on-site. After completing the training, you will have extensive knowledge with solid fundamental skills, enabling you to work smoothly and confidently from day one.
